Always have what I need – I've always had excellent customer service and been able to get what I need, when I need it. There are NO other stores in town that can do what they do. A+++++
Great Knowledge / Great Prices – The crew in this location, as well as the other stores I have had the pleasure of shopping at take care of business. They will help you meet your needs, and offer you options in pricing of like products from other manufacturers you may not have thought about. Knowing some of the employees, I know they believe in what they sell, they use it on their own vehicles. By doing this it improves the legitamacy in there sales suggestions.
Real Off Road Parts and Expert Knowledge – If you are a real off roader, they have the quality parts you need. I don't go in enough for them to remember my name, but I always get a pleasant greeting and asking how my truck build is going. Several times they have guided me in the right direction for the part(s) I needed when I usually don't know what I'm talking about. Watch out for these clowns! – Happy to take advantage of you and tell you that you should spend more money with them if you want better service. Go accross the street to 4wheelparts They are just on the other side of 78 and have great customer service. Buyer beware of these clowns including their manager Wally!!!!
