Got a question to ask. Why does ORU keep changing so many shops? I see a new address now and can remember several different addresses from the past. Whats up with that?
Ordered custom leaf springs for a straight axle conversion kit. Told would be 2 weeks, it's been 5 weeks keep getting told by Maurice, the owner, that he will get us a tracking number. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you can't deliver what you promised then you shouldn't sell the product. I would never recommend this person to anyone. Ever
Just bought a 4 inch lift and got it installed from here....excellent customer service! The process took about a month...I'm still satisfied! Just had to be patient about everything...plus they even found other problems on my truck as they installed lift....
My wife and I ordered parts from here back in June 2012. Today is Feb. 20, 2014 and still have no received a refund or our parts. Owner keeps "promising" to do it and has yet to live up to anything he has said. Never order from here!
