I just wanna start this by saying Lou aka ripper went above and beyond. I dropped my bike off for a new top end much like all moto shops I had other bikes in front of mine, when he got to mine and a few others he was actually in an accident that left him unable to finish the bikes. He did everything he could to get a new mechanic to finish all the bikes that were waiting in just 2 weeks.
