Ripp, with Off Road Operators, is one of a kind! I was out riding with my 3 sons (15, 13, 11 yrs) and we got turned around on the mountain trails. We were having a great time until we realized we were lost, almost out of gas, and probably a couple hour ride away from where we started. I just wanna start this by saying Lou aka ripper went above and beyond. I dropped my bike off for a new top end much like all moto shops I had other bikes in front of mine, when he got to mine and a few others he was actually in an accident that left him unable to finish the bikes. He did everything he could to get a new mechanic to finish all the bikes that were waiting in just 2 weeks. Lou AKA Ripper was AWESOME to work with. Picked up a beautiful 93 XR 650 L from ORO a few weeks back and the buying experience was awesome for my first bike. Costumer service from the whole team was 2nd to none. If you're in the market for a new toy Off-Road Operators is the place to go!
