Impossible to make an appointment. Tried calling multiple during business hours and only got voicemail. I guess they don’t have a receptionist, which is certainly a choice.
Karen, one of the owners, can speak to customers in a very harsh manner. She directed this behavior towards me simply for trying on a sample lipstick placed at the reception area. When testers are openly displayed, it is reasonable for customers to think they are meant to be used. Treating customers this way is unprofessional and unexpectable.
