Karen, one of the owners, can speak to customers in a very harsh manner. She directed this behavior towards me simply for trying on a sample lipstick placed at the reception area. When testers are openly displayed, it is reasonable for customers to think they are meant to be used. Treating customers this way is unprofessional and unexpectable. I absolutely love this place. We visit here every two years for hair donation. The owner and staffs are very friendly and outstanding. Although they did not charge for haircut (for donation only), they treated me very well as always. Ricky consulted the best hair style for me. They put their hearts on their work. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
