We're sorry that you feel this way, but these claims are simply untrue. The vehicle was sold in good condition with a valid ******** inspection. Aside from that, any repairs that are promised to the customer are ALWAYS put in writing in your deal contract. There was no problem with your inspection or getting your metal plates. The reason that you had a "problem" with inspection was that you wanted to transfer your plates and registration to a different state. In doing so, you are required to get inspection in that state. We're sorry you feel that way about your purchase, but nobody ever lied to you or deceived you and we absolutely did not just string you along until it was too late for you to do anything about. Your car DID have a problem shortly after you purchased it, however, we immediately towed the vehicle ourselves and paid nearly $***** to repair the problem even though you purchased the vehicle As-Is and nothing was promised.
