RecommendedWent by earlier today and it was just me in there. Spent about an hour hanging out and talking to the bartender and trying a few beers I haven't had yet. Love the atmosphere, love the drinks, and cannot wait to go back!
My wife and I stopped by yesterday and had a great time at the Mousetrap. The beer was refreshing and unique. No IPA's here. All the beer we tried were super delicious. Both bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. The taproom was clean and very accessible. We will definitely be making this a regular spot when we get into the city.
Very cute taproom with excellent beers! Came here for my birthday and I'm very glad that I did! I'd already had a few of Off Color's beers before, so I tried 3 that were new to me: Troublesome, Eille, and Dino S'mores. As someone who loves their goses very sour, Troublesome was a disappointment. It was barely tart and was not like any gose or sour I've tried before... And sadly, not in a good way. Stopped by Mousetrap tonight - What a great place! The staff was knowledgeable and could answer any questions you have about their beers. A friendly and calm spot - 10/10 would recommend.
Now I see why this brewery has only 5 star reviews... The service (Toast) was informative and exceptional. The beer was eclectic and very flavorful. I had only had the Dino Smores prior to my visit and was happy to know that everything else I tried was just as good. I cannot speak more highly of this brewery. Off Color sets standards for what breweries should be. Super impressed!
