disgustingly unproffesional group of people, the landlord is imposible to contact and strangely refuses to give his phone number. The place I moved in was dirty and unkept with broken appliances. Rude customer service and give you H-E double hockey sticks when you wish to get back your security deposit. Save yourself stress and look elsewhere.

Be very careful when dealing with these people. They will take your money, charge you for things that are never done, and keep part of your security deposit for “extra fuel” payment after you have already given them a fortune. Apartments are old, dirty, and I’m pretty sure they are full of violations. They do not answer their phone or return voicemails, they avoid communication at all costs. absolute worst ! apartment wasnt ready on time but still wanted 12 months rent told students they had to be out 4 days before lease was up had to prepay every months rent and prepay utilities and "estimated heating oil prices then had to fight for security deposit and didnt get full amount back claimed that students used $900 in heating oil even tho they were only there 11 months including june july and august this all assuming the tank was completly empty when they moved in had to physically go to office to pick up deposit ... read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not do business with them. My daughter rented from them and they did not fix any of the stuff that they were supposed to till my daughter moved out a year later, then to top it off, they deducted fees from her and the other roommates security deposits that were actually for the people next door. They have ignored requests for my daughter and her roommates to be reimbursed. I am now looking into taking legal action. Whenever there were problems in the apartment, the Landlord was right on it. He had even helped us shovel the sidewalk a couple of times even if it was our responsibility. Strict lease but never had a problem because of it. Basically, don't trash the house and you won't have problems. Super nice landlord and workers all together!
