Parking was good, always a spot. Nothing really else to say except kudos to the LL for responding within 25 minutes after I locked myself out once. My rent went down (not up) \$15 on a second lease b/c my gpa was over 3.0. I never heard of any place doing that before, but Ill take it.

I didnt want to commute from Ann Arbor when I was able to get out of the dorms, so I lived off campus at another place for six months and it was OK but they did not allow cats. When my lease was up I checked out this place and found that they would allow my cat.. "Mr. Snuggles." The free heat was a plus b/c it was really cold winter before last. My friend Deb from A2 was renting right around the corner, and we could walk like 3 minutes to El Chaps Mex. Rest. downtown. They have awesome Margaritas...Cool!No issues to speak of... read more

I rented there in 2001-2003 while attending SHU, then again in 2005. The property is a big house circa 1880s but is kept up, and I think the landlord is SHU alumni. The landlord tends to rent to those with above average GPA so there were no distractions... and my GPA was 3.2.The internet was a major plus as was the free heat. The net speeds were smokin. Parking was good, and the other people in the bldg. were cool. I wish it was a little closer to campus, but you cant have everything.
