Unprofessional, rude, slow and things never get fixed. I had mice running in the apartment and they kept denying it for months until I showed them a video of the mice roaming around. They told me it will take months to get rid of the mice and I need to live with it. They promissed to pay for the nights I had to spend on a hotel because I couldn’t live with mice and never did. There is a filed report in the city with the miserable condition in their buildings.
