I did not receive clear confirmation of my appointment time. Communication at the front desk was lacking, and once I was seen, the visit felt rushed and incomplete. My annual check-up concerns were not fully addressed, leaving me disappointed with the overall level of care.

Dr. Ofelia Narvasa MD helped me through a difficult time after making an appointment and finding several ailments. Working with her and her specialists network they have been able to control these issues. I appreciate Dr. Navarsa’s special caring nature and interest in resolving my ailments. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Narvasa for the wonderful medical care she provided when diagnosed with long haulers covid through Kaiser. I switched to Dr. Narvasa after years with Kaiser because of lack of empathy toward my illness and lack of care. I’m so glad I did! Dr. Narvasa took my concerns very seriously and referred me to the specialist I needed to see. She was kind and not once did she dismiss my symptoms as psychosomatic. I was too quick to judge her the very first time. She is a very good doctor, detailed and really listens to all my health concerns. I don’t feel rushed with her and she takes her time answering all my questions. Too bad i am moving back to No. Cal next month — hope to find PCP like Dr. Narvasa. She is the best!
