I needed a small storage for 2 months only. Cleaned out and attempted to call them. In mean time, they put my account on auto pay without permission. They continued to charge me. No reimbursement. Bad business.
Little bit tight driving threw place but all in all not bad
Don't come to these units with a truck - there is no place to turn around. It is extremely tight everywhere. Plus the gate only stays open for about 30 seconds and that his not enough time to get through the tight exit if you have even a pickup truck. The defective gate even slammed my pickup and did a lot of damage and he said that there is nothing wrong with the gate but I have video to prove that it won't back off.
