The secretary was was not helpful nor professional. When attempting to get a quote the guy seemed bothered and was not willing to answer any questions... we are not picky but do not enjoy feeling like it we were a burden upon the comany.
The plumbers are the best. They will take care of your problem. Dealing with the office is horrible. They are very rude.

Any time you need a sewer company it's an emergency. My request was no different. Initial phone call handled promptly with a guarantee the service tech I requested, Drake, would be at my home that afternoon. I received a phone call he was on way to home giving me time to get back and meet him, none of this 6 hour window.
