My sister-in-law brought me here one morning when I was visiting over the holiday and I was able to try the class for free. It was GREAT, the workout was quick and effective and the class and teacher were wonderful. The instructor remembered everyone by name, jumped in to help perfect poses and kept the energy up. I don't typically feel that workout instructors are very approachable (just my opinion) but I felt like the instructor here really was! I would highly recommend and wish they had one in my neck of the woods!
Dangerous, deceptive, and exceptionally poor value. 1) I naively thought that they collected medical history in order to help you work out safely. WRONG! They use it in case you are injured NEAR where you have EVER had an injury (even a long time ago) to claim your injury is preexisting so that their injury clause doesn't go into effect. EVEN if the injury was caused by their trainer insisting that you do something that is unsafe for you! 2) That "free bootcamp" offer. Not only does it require a $500 payment.
