🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Love this place and everyone there. Sure they get backed up and run a little late, but that’s bc they are spending extra time with their patients. It’s nice not to feel rushed when you’re being seen 💯
They could answer the phone. I've called 6 times, listened to their long recording that offers no way to speak to anyone before it hangs up on me. I paid, I was treated, my face is on fire. I need to know when I can go outside. They gave me no paperwork with instructions and their phone is rigged to not let you connect. They say if you don't call and cancel an appointment you must pay but they offer no way to speak to them.
I recommend it to everyone I know. They have the nicest staff as well as wonderful doctors.
I arrived early for my apt like they said on phone ! My apt was at 9:00 arrived at 8:45 for 3 pieces of paper !! Was pulled back at 9:00 didn't see a doctor until 9:45 ! I feel like my time is just as important as their time which they make clear if late and don't show you owe a fee !
Not happy that after 35 minutes of waiting I had to reschedule my appt today. I also have important engagement ans shouldn't have to wait.....
