I've shopped in the OTE store many times and it's always a delightful experience with plenty of quirky, unexpected finds. I also recently ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral the NEXT DAY (I thought I'd placed the order weeks earlier but hadn't) and they not only made it happen, but brought the most beautiful arrangement. There were many comments that it was the best bouquet there, and how it was JUST like the wonderful person we were honoring. It meant so much!
I inquired about a very late special request in the middle of holiday season, and Natalie was quick to reply and help out! They were able to confirm the order I need, and were so quick and nice about it. She had clear communication, and ultimately was so so helpful. We love shopping here!

This company is incredible! They literally saved my 14th Anniversary. Two days prior, I found out that Stem Gallery did not bother to order my flowers that I ordered weeks prior. After calling every flower shop in Lincoln for Dahlia's, these guys pulled through. Cannot thank them enough! Look forward to buying all of our family flowers from them in the future.
