There is no program in place and kids are just warehoused for the money. Staff is treated like property and is constantly told they are the lowest form of life. Management is on a true power trip and loves to drive staff down. It's like they hate the fact that they need staff at all and want to make them pay for it. The food they serve the kids is mostly uneatable but staff is blamed for it and told they waste food. The only thing this company cares about is money and abusing people.
