Ordered a part online and it felt fishy. Billed by a different name and phone number did not work. But turned out great experience. They are fast at responding to emails and Roberto was friendly and fantastic in resolving the problem. In future now that know legit will absolutely be shopping with them. Hopefully they get a working number on website and also explain charge will be under a different name.
I had a terrible experience with this shop. I accidentally purchased the wrong item—a passenger side mirror cover instead of the driver’s side—and when I asked to exchange it, they flat-out refused. It was a **genuine mistake**, and I explained the situation politely, but they didn’t care at all. They wouldn’t even consider making things right. Ordered a part that said it would be here within 7 days. Over a month went by. I called and cancelled. At least I was easily able to get a refund.
OMG RUN !!!!!!!!!!! Read the reviews, I am complaining to my Credit Union and BBB. I will post all over the internet. This place is a 100 percent scam!!!!!!!! I put in an order including the VIN and it said it fits my truck, charged my card $138. Hours later they wrote back and said it does not fit and the part is $290 can they process my card!!!!! Its cheaper at the dealer or Mopar OEM . Read and run
