I had a fantastic experience with O.E. Motors. The team was professional, honest, and entirely pressure-free. They listened to exactly what I needed, walked me through the pricing with total transparency, and made the whole process incredibly smooth.
I took my Toyota Tacoma to these folks and had them do an oil change. They recommended I change my serpent belt, which I had to do and they charge me for it. I drove from Leduc to Yellowknife the next day and the vehicle didn’t even make it to High Level AB and the belt was squealing very bad. I took it to a mechanic and he said this serpent belt’s been on this Toyota since it was probably purchased new. We have a fleet of Toyota tundras and the first time we took the vehicle was fine. Steve was the manager at the time and really nice guy thought we would give this little company our support and thought we could try them out. The second time we took her vehicle there Steve moved on and the service was horrible. The mechanics could not understand or speak english. The parts we had replaced, were not new parts when we got home. We tried to talk to the service desk guy and he would not believe us and would not hear our complain... read more
