I've been taking my Jeep to O.E. for a few years already! I've had a number of different things done by them. They've given me advice for repairs I should probably consider doing along with "usually when we replace this, we usually do both or that as well, because they go hand in hand". To me this says that they care about your vehicle and saving on future repairs & repair costs.
