Ordered parts cant do without paid for over night shipping been a week now still dont have my parts

I ordered parts for my vehicle and after almost 2 weeks of not receiving the parts, I called the company and cancelled my order. They charged me a restocking fee although the parts were never shipped to me and per their cancelation policy the fee should have not been charged. They canceled my order minutes after placing it and accused me of being at high risk for fraud. When I asked how they determined that I was told by customer service that they use a "fraud detection system" on their website and can't go forward with my order because I'm "high risk". I offered to give the VIN of my car but they wouldn't let me. I was told that I would find the parts I need at my local Ford dealership but that's not true because I've already checked with them and they don't have/won't order parts for older cars... read more

Placed an order for a part. They emailed for my VIN. I responded. Then my order was shipped. They shipped a part I did not order instead. They are asking me to pay to return the item instead of sending me a shipping label to correct their error.
