I purchased stereo for dodge caravan worked for 2 weeks emailed and called with no answers. Opened a paypal case then received response sent old stereo back they sent me another one promised they would test that one before sending back recieved and installed cd player didn't work and part if display lights were bad what a joke I can't deal with these guys anymore I'm selling vehicle do not order from these jokers poor service to say the least. If I could give negative 0 stars I would

Called about an original OEM cassette radio for my 1994 F150. They did not have any in stock at that time, but requested I call back in 2 weeks and they should have one for me then. They refurbish and inspect the radios before they sell them. Called 2 weeks later and they had the radio. It arrived 5 days later very well packed. Radio came on time. Customer service was very positive. Screen has a small scratch but it is used so it cant be perfect, the touchscreen itself funtions perfectly! For the price and experience i give them 5 stars!

This is a pretty amateurish company. I ordered a radio/cassette/cd unit for a rebuild, and after about 3 days the cassette player was malfunctioning. I returned it for a refund. Apparently you have to specially request a unit with a working cassette player! Very unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible! I ordered a replacement CD changer for my Ford Expedition, the unit I received would not load discs, the company sent a second unit that would not eject discs without opening the cover and tapping on the magazine. They sent me two defective units and then would not pay for the return shipping and charged a 15% restocking fee. In my opinion this company makes their money by selling defective products and then keeping the 15% restocking fee when the unit is returned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

These guys are bunch of amateurs, don't pick up the phone, can not leave a message mailbox is full, do not return their emails, I must of called them 20 times in the 3 months I was dealing with them they could never remember my order. The item I purchased was what they recommended to buy, guaranteed me it was plug and play, turned out is was a major waist of time and money, after 3 months of sending the item back and forth with corrections and updates, I gave up and had the bank refund me my money and I sent the item back.

Bought device after long email trail checking it was suitable. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Paid installer to fit, again to try to get it to work, and again to remove it when it didn't. Have been trying now for 3 weeks to get an "authorisation code" to return it for a refund. Note OEM keeps postage and handling fees, I have to pay to return it, and they take an additional handling fee for any refund (if you ever get one). Bunch of crooks. Don't touch them with a long pole.
