Updating this review to add: a single email sent at 1500 on 9/6 notified us that on 9/9 and periodically throughout the coming week we would be unable to access our own living spaces. "If you plan to leave your apartment, we recommend doing so by 8:45 AM and returning after 5:00 PM to avoid any inconvenience." On 7/15 a major water leak caused extensive damages to the building and apartments ending in 10-17 on all four floors. We have gone without air conditioning for nearly 60 hours this month (on 7/7 - likely the cause of the leak - 7/15-16, 7/20, and 7/29-30). Editing to add: 8/14-15 and 8/21-22 without AC.
