Personnel arrived promptly and on time. The two gentlemen were professional personable efficient and very pleasant to work with. The request at work was performed very quickly and the quotation was provided accurately and was very acceptable. I will continue to use OEL because they are dependable, professional, reliable, pleasant and fix the problem the first time with no issues. What more can you ask for?

Man, what an honest and great company. Last night I assumed my capacitor went bad. I called in the am and they had a full schedule but the put me on as the last stop as a work in. Gabriel was all over Tampa and St. Pete today but stopped at my house in Brandon and had me fixed in less than 10 mins for a more than fair price! I will always use OEL and go with their yearly maintenance! Thank you guys so much!
Was able to send a tech in hours, worked with the unit until defrosted troubleshot accurately, needed a part but kept me cool all night until he came back and fixed first thing in AM. Polite , prompt and great communication.
