I wish I could give more stars. We had OEL come to our house twice in the past week, 2 different issue during the hottest week on record. All AC companies are really busy, but OEL managed to get someone out same day both times. First time, it was a drain line issue, which Gabe was able to diagnose and fix in minutes. The 2nd time, we looked in the attic and found insulation in the drain pan. Mice had invaded! Cleaned it all out, and had Gabe come out again. OEL has provided us with excellent HVAC services consistently over the past several years that we have been using them! We are moving to a different part of the county, but will certainly plan to continue utilizing their services because we trust them and feel that they have our best interest at heart for all our HVAC needs.
