Man, what an honest and great company. Last night I assumed my capacitor went bad. I called in the am and they had a full schedule but the put me on as the last stop as a work in. Gabriel was all over Tampa and St. Pete today but stopped at my house in Brandon and had me fixed in less than 10 mins for a more than fair price! I will always use OEL and go with their yearly maintenance! Thank you guys so much!
Was able to send a tech in hours, worked with the unit until defrosted troubleshot accurately, needed a part but kept me cool all night until he came back and fixed first thing in AM. Polite , prompt and great communication.
High quality AC system and expertise of the owner/installer gives me high confidence we made the right decision and we trust them for all our AC needs now and in the future. I highly recommend for home or business!
I wish I could give more stars. We had OEL come to our house twice in the past week, 2 different issue during the hottest week on record. All AC companies are really busy, but OEL managed to get someone out same day both times. First time, it was a drain line issue, which Gabe was able to diagnose and fix in minutes. The 2nd time, we looked in the attic and found insulation in the drain pan. Mice had invaded! Cleaned it all out, and had Gabe come out again.
