I stopped at Oeil Vision to repair my mom’s glasses and met Shana who was wonderful. She repaired & cleaned them right away for no charge.. Now that’s what I call customer service!!!

I went to this optical store just to get an eye exam, only to check my prescription. From the very beginning, the staff’s attitude was terrible. They seemed annoyed that I wasn’t going to purchase glasses there, and they were cold and dismissive throughout the visit. After the exam was done, nobody explained anything to me, no one went over the results, and they just ignored me until I had to leave on my own.
