I have never in all my years renting in Illinois have ever been so dissatisfied with an apartment company. My boyfriend and I were previous residents at Oehlert Rentals for two years 2016-2018 and it was one of the worst living experiences we have ever encountered. The walls are so thin you can hear word for word conversations your neighbor is having on the phone, them going to the bathroom and noises as small as a sneeze.
