Our AC froze over the coils on Tuesday afternoon. Our technician in Amana was quick to arrive early in the morning on Wednesday, one of the hottest days of the year so far, to diagnose the issue. He was courteous and upfront and honest about pricing and what the issue could be which I value. It was 1230am on Saturday. Our furnace went out with negative temperatures and this company was the one that answered,showed up,and eventually fixed the problem. Zach was top notch and we appreciated him so much. I believe he was at our house probably close to 3am fixing the issue. I can’t thank you enough.
