We had an emergency maintenance issue that was dealt with quickly and fairly. Would highly recommend and use them again when the need arises.
I am very pleased with the services provided by this company. They met my needs very efficiently and pleasantly. They made a difficult situation a lot easier for me. Also respectful of me and my belongings.
Listing says the home is move in ready. No way is it anywhere near move in ready, except that no one is currently living in the home. So many things to do before someone could move in and be comfortable in this house. At a cost of likely over $20,000! And that is just to make it "move in ready", not updating anything, just fixing things. The home they listed as "move in ready" is a rehab/fixer upper home. Yeah, not move in ready at all. Definitely a deceitful listing!
Scheduled a showing of property through my realtor. Was cancelled last minute - reason was to clean. Rescheduled next morning, went through showing called to put in offer right away. MY Realtor was then told there was a cash offer on house. Asked why we were able to view and was told we were a good back up offer. I believe there were some ethical and maybe LEGAL lines crossed. 😖
