Worst banking experience… if it wasn’t for my union I would never do business with them
They say they close at 5 but doors where locked when I got there at450 and I have to drive 45 minutes be there is only one branch in our area if you say you close at 5 then that’s when you should lock the doors other wise change the time of operation
Something simple like calling to find out "your member number," to be able to check balance isn't so simple. Need to leave a message and get a call back or drive 20 min for something that will take 2 minutes to do
