RecommendedI’m new to the clinic they took the time and the patience to try to figure out what is wrong with my dog and her skin instead of just giving her a pill and shoving her out the door like my other veterinarian clinic in another city I appreciate their kindness and the love that they showed to my poor Mandy hopefully we found the solution
They treat our pet very well and email the results of tests as soon as they can.
I love this vet clinic! They truly care about animals and it's so refreshing when they remember you each time you come in with your furry one. They have been taking care of my senior cats for so long. One became very ill with cancer and we extended all options with the aid of the vets here and VES in Middleton. When the final consult came that he had to be euthanized because there were no other options left, they were so sweet and kind during the entire process. Great vets and techs and staff. They all care deeply resented the furs.
My pup and I are very pleased with the team at Odyssey! I have an older English bulldog who has experienced several health issues in the last few months. The care and compassion have been amazing from the staff. And I should mention, my 4 year old begs to go to the vet....they have a great play area for kids!
I can’t recommend this vet enough! We see Dr. Lewis who is just wonderful with Moose every time we’re in - I never feel like any question I have is a waste of time because she takes such care in answering them. They are extremely pro-positive reinforcement and very mindful of any fears/anxieties your dog may have. Additionally, Moose is leash reactive and they’re very accommodating in scheduling our visits so that we won’t come in to a lobby full of other dogs. Fantastic clinic all around!
I have been taking my 9lb. Shih-Poo and my 14lb. Shih-Tzu here for 5 years (since their first vet visits) and I would not take my babies anywhere else. They take great care of my boys and their humans!
We had to take my sisters cat to Odyssey. She ended up with cancer & had to be put down. Dr. Lewis was so compassionate & loving towards our baby girl Lenny!! We never felt rushed & answered all our questions. They called us at home after one of her checkups to see how she was doing & told us to call them anytime if we had any concerns!!
