Doesn't matter if you are looking for high level training or just a way to stay healthy, Odyssey Strength and Conditional is the best option around. I have been training with Nico (the owner) for years now and he has completely transformed me as an athlete. I don't think I will ever take my business elsewhere while i'm still living in the area.
