This place is incredible!! We started here with personal training sessions for our daughter who plays softball. She was nervous about the group workouts so working 1:1 coach Ty helped build her confidence and she has transitioned to group classes. Her strength and speed have really improved working with this team! The owner Desean is a great coach and fosters an amazing and supportive community of athletes! Odyssey has been so great for my son! The trainers are excellent and really care about athletes becoming the best versions of themselves! They have high expectations, but also give high praise. We love odyssey!
