Very unprofessional,save your money and go somewhere else. I showed a picture of what I wanted and we colour matched. After painting the 3 nails, the lady proceeds to tell me that they don’t have the same shade of blue, and she puts two different shade of blue which looks hideous. So then after being consulted by 3 different ladies, they tell me if I want similar shade on all nails I’ll have to get shellac, which is cheaper than sns and then tell me it would be $70. I went there today to get my nails done and had the worst experience. At first I had a lady who was very nice and understood what I wanted. Afterwards, another lady came to do the rest of my nails and she was so rude to me. I asked her if she could see this small dot on my nail ( I just asked one simple question). Worst experience ever. Had my nails (full set with shellac) done last Friday (8 days ago). The service was completed by 3 different people all who rushed and the shellac looked like a 2 year old has painted them. Staff were arguing and slamming nail polish down on benches in front of clients. 8 days later and 3 nails have already fallen off and my acrylic is breaking on some of my other nails.
