Helped with injury recovery from a broken knee I had already tried multiple places with no results and after two sessions with Sergio I was back to normal. I go back for routine maintenance or whenever something doesn’t feel right he’ll get you back up and running in no time.
I have always had great experiences with Sergio. He carry’s a wealth of knowledge and has great skill. I have always walked away feeling so much better than when I walked in. He makes the environment very comfortable and you know you will get the best of the best from him upon each appointment.
My go to person for prep and recovery work. I’ve gone to Sergio numerous times. Post and pre marathon as well as pre CrossFit comp to get my muscles and body right. He is located inside INTRVL athletics. He consulted with me prior to my appointments to make sure he is focusing on any areas that are bothersome. If you need a quick fix and long term relief Sergio is your man! He has fixed me up through various injuries from shoulders, lower back injuries, tight hips and pulled glutes! Not only does he give me the relief and help I need but he educates me as well on how to prevent further damage and gives you stretches and tips on how to keep you going to prevent it happening again and stay loosey goosey! 5/5 stars isn’t enough. The service is 10/10
