Our service technician Matt had a number of issues to address for us. His service has been exceptional. He did a lot of trouble shooting for us on some challenging issues and kept at it until he solved them. He had been very thorough in his work and his follow through has been excellent!
Austin came out to service our HALO defender system which has been an outstanding system since CFPUA water has known impurities from Chemours. We purchased this to address and remove PFAS and PFOS for the most pure water we could supply to the home. The filters needed to be changed and we had an outdoor shower valve cartridge that failed so it was running continuously. Austin knocked it all out quickly, very cleanly and with a smile the whole time. Outstanding plumbing service experience! Thank you all!
