Nosey entitled neighbors making ridiculous complaints for doing what you will in your own home. If you smoke do it in your own comfort. The walls are not soundproof so entitled neighbors will feel as if you need to be quiet just for them. It is a quiet neighborhood and nobody bothers nobody until entitled karens move in. I very much enjoyed my time at Odyssey Lake. I can't give enough praise to the leasing team, Philip and Kelly, and Zane from maintenance. The entire team cares about the property itself and their tenants. I've always been able to reach them on the phone, email, or in person with no issues and they are very quick to help with any concern you may have. They constantly keep you updated about any issues in the area, events that are happening at the clubhouse, and have tons of resident meet and greets to get to know your neighbor... read more

Odyssey Lake is a well maintained property with a beautiful clubhouse and eight acre lake. I'm a former resident/recently RETIRED (six years) that enjoyed living in this community. The clubhouse events/socials were great and I attended many events over the years. My apartment had a lake view and the patio was a wonderful retreat after returning home from work in the evening. I would highly recommend this community if you are looking for a safe and beautiful apartment home in the Brunswick area.

I stayed at Odyssey Lake for almost 2 years and have enjoyed my time here. I recently transferred to a sister property, and both Philip and Kelly were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free. Maintenance requests are always completed promptly, although the trash compactor would get full, it never stayed that way for long. Communication from the leasing staff was very consistent and informative regarding office closures/pest control/etc.
