Not sure how Odyssey keeps Crystal Clinic as a client. There must be a personal connection. Worst customer service ever! Phones unanswered. No return calls. Tried the email service; still no response. They do not value patients’ time.

This is the second time I have worked with an Odyssey representative. Today, I had a pleasant conversation with Brianna R., who was invaluable. It took her a little while to help me, as I had many claims, but she was kind and patient.

Odyssey Health System (OHS) handles the billing for a clinic that both my wife & I have gone to. Recently, we both had similar treatments (corticosteroid injection). Since we are both on the same Medicare Supplement Health plan, I would think the billing would be the same. Unfortunately, my wife has ended up owing about $250 more than me. I called (around 1:30 in the afternoon) the 800 number to get billing clarification so I could contact our insurance carrier. Also a Crystal Clinic client ---- This billing collection service is the WORST!!! I've called and emailed multiple times regarding my account and I can never get someone to return my call or answer the phone. They must shut off phones before 5pm because calls just roll and never connect. HORRIBLE!!! #CrystalClinic you can do better!!! @CrystalClinic - find a new vendor.
