Professional, smart, efficient & easy to work with too! As a realtor myself, I really appreciate working with someone who answers the phone, responds to emails and texts quickly. If more buyers and sellers had an agent like this team homes would close much more quickly and without a lot less stress. I look forward to working with them on many more in the future.

I couldn’t recommend John Fletcher highly enough! He went above and beyond helping me sell my house and find the perfect new home. He was always there when I needed him, helped me save a significant amount of money, and truly looked out for my best interests every step of the way. John and Jess were an absolute blessing to work with! John went above and beyond to match our hectic schedules, gave honest and realistic feedback without pressuring us into anything we didn't want. They diligently worked through any obstacles and brought resolutions immediately to the table rather than leaving us hanging. 10/10 recommend this team to anyone buying or selling a home anywhere in Ohio. This is the team you need!

If you are looking for good help. I was trying to find a house in canton. Not only did Samantha Mayle and her husband help me find the house I live in. They helped me with the paperwork on the other house I rent out. Great people .
