I’ve gone to Jared for many years, I have always found him to be friendly and very professional.
Jared and his team are top notch. He listens and communicates in a way that I understand. They are thorough with follow up and in a timely manner. Probably the only medical office I feel confident with and don’t stress out about sharing my health concerns.
Jared is a good guy but the girls he has working up front are rude and act like it’s such a hassle just for them to do there job, and have a a 1 minute conversation or phone call.
Love everyone in this office. They are always friendly, talk to me like a human, and help immediately when I call with an issue. 10/10 recommend!
Ok. I hate to do this because Wallace is such an amazing Dr. but I think his staff is just letting him down. Like many other complaints, communication is still a MAJOR issue. Personal story, they referred my daughter up to anchorage. She needed flight vouchers. Odyssey’s office absolutely refuses to do vouchers. So keep this in mind if you need travel for anything out of area. Finally at the last minute they decided “ok, we’ll do them” but found every possible issue they could and kept pushing it and pushing it until we ran ... read more
