Love this place!
I’ve been training with Mac for years. There’s a reason I’ve stuck with it. No fluff, just a solid, focused place to train. It’s exclusive, personal, and done right. With competitive sports (lax, flag football, volleyball, basketball), now my son and daughter are training here. It gives them an edge. Great gym. If you’re looking for private, hands on, this is it.
After trying other gyms and trainers, I am grateful to have found the Odyssey Athletic Club. Mack is a skilled and encouraging trainer who is excellent at designing workouts for each individual. He is particularly aware of orthopedic issues and how to overcome injuries and strengthen any weaknesses. I appreciate my training to be the best I can be at my age and extend my fitness in my 70's. You won’t regret joining here! The trainers are personable, human, kind, and motivating! Best location and equipment! Definitely worth it!
