I used to really love odwyers, but recently my friends and I went to the liquor store for beer, and this nice employee was having trouble and asked the owner for help. The owner, a woman with gray hair, was extremely mean and rude to the employee, also an older woman with gray hair. Please be nice to your employees. It's not a good look on your establishment.
