Yesterday I came out to put my trashcan in my backyard and a gentleman by the name of Juan Lee was painting a porch next door and he came to help me put them in my yard, I was so thankful.
Shakira, came today to fix some problems with our bathroom ceiling. She was very efficient in her works and did a perfect job. She also cleaned the mess that was created and left the bathroom clean as new.
odu rent actually sucks. don’t lease with them. I have have experienced horrible things. They make up parts of leases that was not on the original lease that was signed. they hire workers that perform sexual acts when alone in a house that girls live in. they also refuse to take responsibility when air filters were not changed and caused horrible sickness to residents. there is also a great deal of mold in most of the houses they own. they trick people into signing intents to resign and make up more lies as they go. nothing ... read more
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE STAFF MEMBERS. Anytime you have a question it will not be answered directly unless you go to ODURent's building. There were roaches infested in my apartment, as well as appliances not working when I moved in. I was charged for things that broke even though it was not my fault. Make sure you have a roommate that you know will not be evicted otherwise you have to take care of all the bills and rent on their behalf.
