Very friendly and helpful customer service. Shout out to Jessica who responded very quickly to my emails. The repair to my ozone machine was done immediately after they received the item from us. I highly recommend OdorStop.

I bought this unit not quite 1 1/ 2 years ago to help protect my household and visitors from COVID and other airborne germs. I had it and the furnace fan running constantly. The unit went out. The company automatically warranties the product for 2 yrs. Without question, they quickly and graciously replaced it. I could tell a huge difference in the air quality with the unit down, despite stand alone HEPA air purifiers and changing HEPA furnace filters 2X per month.
