My experience this week for service at O'Donnell Honda Service Center on our 2024 CR-V was Amazing! Kathy Tabeling, Service Advisor is Amazing! Friendly, courteous and professional, Kathy helped the routine service run like clockwork. The car was ready sooner than expected, checkout was flawless, it was waiting right outside the door and they washed the car! Thank you, Kathy!

I took my Honda Pilot for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car, I immediately knew something was wrong. I took it back to the service department and it turns out they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one of my tires. It was so obvious to me that something was wrong, how did a technician drive my car out of the bay and park it with no concerns raised? I called 3 weeks ahead of time to schedule an appt, but when I arrived none was set. Then, I asked them to take a look at my back tire to see if there was a nail or something stuck in it because there had been a slow leak after I had filled it twice. After the "service," they assured me that they put air in the tire and found no leak or anything in the tire.
