I've been a loyal customer of this location for years when it was O'Donnell Honda in Ellicott City, MD. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that I felt compelled to take the time to share it. Yo this place the best They were even working on New years eve . It was awesome in and out in a reasonable time compared to other places where i had to wait 5 hours for an oil change All of the staff was very very very very very very very friendly and happy considering they were working on New Years Eve other service centers should take note on how to be from this one seriously Guys continue being the best .
This place is the best I get my vehicle serviced by Mr Jordan and he has been simply amazing his ability to empathize with the customer give accurate information along with how extend the vehicle life speaks volumes regarding the nobility of His character . Iam sure all the service advisors are good but Mr Jordan was the first one i interacted with with Last year . Called to schedule repair for my Honda recall. I explained the reason for my call and without saying a word the service department transfered me to a recording. Very rude and unprofessional. I called to report the unsatisfactory customer service I received and lo and behold the service manager was the person who was rude and unprofessional. After using them for all repairs on my honda I will no longer be using them. If you can't treat people with basic respect then you won't receive my business.
