Bottom line, I dont think I'd trust them to work on my car and do a good job. We moved to Ellicott City recently and needed a dealer for our Honda. We've had great experiences at Honda dealers in NJ, but this place is very disorganized and just seems shady. I don't believe we will be returning even though it is 5 mins from our house. Lied to me and said they could not look at my car that I purchased a month prior from another Honda dealership, stating any issues had to be brought to the original dealership. Car was under warranty with only 5k miles
I’ve been bringing my car to Ellicott City Honda service for over 6 years, but this recent experience completely destroyed my trust. About a month after getting an oil change here, my Honda broke down while I was out of state. A certified mechanic inspected it and confirmed that the oil drain bolt was missing — it had clearly not been secured properly during the last oil change.
