Christopher Kelly is very knowledgeable in dealing with sleep apnoea, and very concise in explaining my whole sleep study report. He also returns calls and emails promptly. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend for anyone with sleeping disorders to get in touch. 10 stars!!

Had to do sleep study twice because main recording box was faulty. Had to follow them up to ask for a cpap trial. They happily took my money then failed to send machine and when I asked for a refund forgot and I had to ring and follow up myself a week later. Absolutely terrible service!

Twice forgot to send the sleep study machinery out without notification. Whole thing put back 2 months due to "under staff". Would hate to wonder what would happen someone had a serious medical condition. Completely incompetent and unreliable. Re: Considering I won't be doing the test until January, it will be 2 months since I first enquired. Nov - Jan = 2 months! The device for sleep test arrived in a box with very poor instructions. It took me one hour to put all the electrodes and, of course, all cables in my face reduced the sleep quality. I sent the device the day after and I have not got about results after more than two weeks. I called and they told me that they are still processing the information and I that I would not get the results but will be send to the doctor because "they are too complicated". Such a poor service and such a scam.
