I have been seeing Dr Omar Khan for Botox injections in my arm for several years. I had been going to the Toronto Western Hotel and driving there 4 times a year and back to Niagara. Dr. Khan has better equipment and is right here in Niagara near my office and home. In the mean time I have had a terrible back problem and a subsequent knee issue. I was referred to DR Khan for OA in my knee. He did a very thorough examination and suspected it was a cyst causing the pain and referred me for an MRI to properly diagnose. He was so knowledgeable and thorough with excellent bedside manner. He truly cares about helping his patients. What a great doctor! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It has become quite evident that medical courses are no longer teaching punctuality and time management as part of their curriculum. I never got to visit with this doctor because he could not make my appointment on time. I was not reimbursed for my time Spent traveling there, missing work and parking to sit for an hour waiting. The excuse at this office was that he is thorough, as every practitioner should be. So if that's the case, and a regular occurrence, appointments should not be scheduled so close together.
