Incredible attention with the tenants, we couldn't be happier with this company, five stars, they really meet the needs from beginning to end.
This company is awful, they never answer the phone and only respond to me having to contact the president of our associate to get in contact with them and then they reach-out with information that I had not contacted them (I couldn't, you call and you can't leave a message or speak to a real person and I emailed and it bounced back). I had to knock on the door of our associations president's home and he tried dialing and got the same results. He had to contact someone directly with a phone number the residents do not have. Worked for the company on some real estate development projects on properties near Clearwater beach. Crew and crew leader were absolutely atrocious to work for. Had tools stolen, was only paid half of my wages, entire crew that you allow into your home is full of drug addicts. Would not recommend for any project whatsoever. If you want shoddy work on your project with active crack addicts in your home, this is the company for you!
