Our server made everything worse. He couldn’t remember things. He forgot and messed up things. He was like a pushy sales person who made us over order and then forced us to pay 20% gratuity when his service was not even worth a penny. I have had food at odeum many times and usually I have tipped based on the service I have gotten and normally it would be 25% but here I didn’t want to give him even 5% and he said it’s mandatory and not a choice and we have to pay 20%. I’ve been wanting to go here for a long time. Recently visited to celebrate Taylor Swift’s engagement. Our server, Presley, was wonderful. She was charming and happy to help us celebrate. The patio is gorgeous. Very good experience.
