I came to pick up a prescription which i received a text its ready a day before, but when i came they told me to wait 30 minutes!!! And the 30 minutes went to an hour!!! Even thought there's dozen employees in this pharmacy but unfortunately they're unprofessional

I had the worst experience at the odette centre pharmacy today April 2nd. The girl they had working behind the counter was unfriendly and not helpful at all. I don't know how they can hire people like her with no customer service skills. I hope that all those oncologists and pharmacy people get sick themselves one day with cancer and get the same rudeness we are getting today so they know what it feels like!!!!
I can't stop talking about it.
