Great staff

The nurses are beyond lovely. The staff is great. However, the amount of appointments that were not scheduled or lost and the amount of anxiety it took us to track people down like our oncologist. The back end system is terrible and the organization is an awful experience patients. I did my treatment at princess Margaret hospital and while not perfect, I never had to call looking for an appointment with my oncologist. Always scheduled months out. So disappointed by the management of the processes atOdette.
