Thorough, knowledgeable, attentive and kind.
They have a 15 min late policy I arrived before the 15 mins just to be told they won't see me. This is the second time this has happen I live on base which is not close to this office and have a three year old and 6 month old. My husband does missions so I can only be see at certain days and time. I find it yo be unprofessional that they do not follow there own policies I think I will find a different doctor for myself and family because this is wrong
Dr. Ramos is great at answering questions and putting you at ease. Her entire staff is caring and helpful. Highly recommend her office.
