Call this place no BS they are great people. I bought a used mobile home for the ranch, everywhere else I went they wanted to pull credit or sell me new home. I bought a 2 bedroom cash, because that's what I needed!
This is the best place to buy a home, simple to buy, They don't waste your time like the other places. My credit wasn't perfect and they treated me with respect. Call this place before you buy, it is worth it. My kitchen is GREAT!

My credit wasn't perfect but they help me. I shopped several places and they all wanted money upfront to do an application. This place is awesome and they worked hard to get me something nice.
